As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating the shift to electric transport by driving the adoption of depot charging and e-mobility solutions. These include integrated hardware, software, and services that support the electrification of commercial fleet depots. You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from identifying prospects and analyzing the market to shaping tailored proposals, managing complex negotiations, and closing high-impact deals. This is a high-impact role where you’ll take initiative, act entrepreneurially, and play a direct part in Erinion’s growth. You’ll work on strategic, often long-cycle projects that require both commercial acumen and technical insight. By building strong partnerships and delivering solutions that put the customer first, you’ll support clients in electrifying their operations and advancing toward a more sustainable transport system. You will also act as Erinion’s lead representative in Germany building strong market presence and trusted partnerships.
Software solutions will have a central role in the new e-mobility world. We are now seeking to complement our internal software team with a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving adoption of our software solutions for management of heavy-duty vehicle charging sites. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, customers, and product development to articulate, demonstrate and deliver value in the form of tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
As an Operations Associate, you will be a key part of the Customer Operations team, ensuring smooth onboarding, operational follow-up, high data quality, and efficient coordination across our markets. You can be based in Stockholm or Amsterdam and you will work in a global context, supporting markets across Europe and ensuring that our charging infrastructure performs reliably and efficiently. The role reports directly to the Head of Customer Operations .
As our Senior Sales Manager – Market Lead for Norway, you’ll own Erinion’s commercial and market development and the strategic direction for the Norwegian market, acting as our key representative in the country. You will build strong customer relationships and strategic initiatives that position Erinion as a trusted partner in the transition to electric transport. You will also shape the local go-to-market approach to ensure effective positioning and prioritisation in the Norwegian market. You will lead high-value, complex sales opportunities end-to-end: identifying priority prospects, shaping feasible solution scopes with our technical teams, and managing long-cycle negotiations to secure profitable agreements. You will also maintain structured market insight and translate it into clear direction for commercial planning, forecasting and portfolio development.

As Product Manager Charging Hardware Solutions, you will be part of shaping Erinion’s product strategy and our ways of working. You will be part of small and ambitious product team aiming to re-shape the future of heavy-duty transportation in Europe. Beyond working with hardware, software and services you will be part of shaping our new business models.
