As a Project Manager – Power & Grid, you will lead the planning, engineering, and deployment of charging infrastructure projects. You will take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, from feasibility and technical design through construction and handover. In this role, you combine project delivery leadership with strong technical expertise in power systems and grid integration. You will lead the technical design and feasibility of charging solutions while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, utilities, and customers to ensure successful deployment. This is a delivery-focused role with significant technical ownership, where you ensure seamless execution of complex infrastructure projects while shaping technically robust and scalable charging solutions.
As Operations Manager for France, you own the operational performance of charging sites with a strong focus on remote troubleshooting, system behaviour, and data-driven decisions. You spend a significant part of your time working in systems, analysing issues, identifying root causes, and resolving incidents without physical intervention. You act as the link between customers, service partners, and internal tech teams. You will also perform customer handovers on site as well as in depth trainings in charging and charging systems.
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in turning ambitious electrification plans into reality. You’ll take end-to-end ownership of our charging Infrastructure projects — from early planning and technical assessments to execution and handover — ensuring that every solution is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll take full responsibility for coordinating successful project rollout across internal teams and external partners. Whether it’s managing subcontractors, navigating permitting processes, or aligning with grid operators, you’ll be the key link that ensures seamless execution and satisfied customers.
This is an interim position based in Stockholm city, where you will be part of a collaborative, international team across Europe. In this role, you will take a central position in shaping our new office environment and key projects connected to culture, onboarding and offboarding, employee experience, and workplace coordination in both office and remote settings.
