In this role, you will lead the deployment of charging infrastructure projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence. As an Operations Support in central Europe, you will take ownership of our customers’ needs, ensuring that their charging infrastructure operates seamlessly and effectively supports their critical business operations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of service and customer satisfaction. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will primarily perform troubleshooting, coordinate preventive maintenance, software upgrades, and repairs, as well as oversee commissioning activities from a distance. This involves taking calls from customers, managing and directing activities across various locations within your region through remote tools and communication and do visits to the customers for training, support and problem solving. Your ability to effectively coordinate these tasks ensures that all operations are streamlined and that our customers experience maximum uptime and reliable service.
Your role As a Business Controller at Erinion, you will play a key role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights that shape our business decisions. You will work closely with the CFO, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to analyze financial data, support commercial strategy, and improve operational efficiency. We are now seeking to complement our internal software team with a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving adoption of our software solutions for management of heavy-duty vehicle charging sites. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, customers, and product development to articulate, demonstrate and deliver value in the form of tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in accelerating the shift to electric transport by driving the adoption of depot charging and e-mobility solutions. You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from identifying prospects and analyzing the market to shaping tailored proposals, managing complex negotiations, and closing high-impact deals. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take initiative, act entrepreneurially, and play a direct part in our growth.
